Well, this isn't true because customer support isn't bothering to invest the situations. I have requested that they send me the chat logs, if they don't I will take it further because I paid for this feature, I'm not going to have it taken away without contravening any terms and conditions. Especially as in the mail back from support, they threatened taking away my account without me actually doing anything... I'm 99% sure there's some legal case happening outside of SSO right now which is why they have felt the need to do this but it's too much, it's too far and, at the end of the day, they are taking away PRODUCTS WHICH WE HAVE BOUGHT. Sometimes there's a reason but sometimes there is not.
To say I'm livid is an understatement.
