1. Take your laptop outside. - This allows you to get some fresh air and vitamins while playing on your laptop!
2. Don’t log on until you have had breakfast and are dressed. - We all don’t do it, okay.
3. Fill up a water bottle to use by your laptop. If you are like me, fill up a litre one and make sure you drink all of that before about 3pm. Then do the same until you go to bed.
4. Eat healthy! - Don’t just rush into the kitchen and grab some sweets! You’ll be surprised how nice a peach or some vegetable sticks are.
5. I’d say keep sso to a max of four hours a day. Taking breaks every half an hour.
